When we bought it, it was good enough as it was and it rents out well, but we felt that some things could do with updating.
One of our first projects has been to look at one of the two smaller twin-bedded rooms ....

There are actually a number of words for a group of
flamingos. Most people would, of course, use flock. Flamboyance seems
to be the second most common choice. Other terms include pat, stand, regiment,
and colony. I think this looks like "a cuddle of flamingos"
